What should I include in my message?
Property type and approximate size, the neighbourhood, roughly how old it is, and your closing or contingency date if you have one. That's enough for an accurate flat-fee quote without a site visit.
How quickly can you inspect?
Typically within two to four days. Same-day and next-day are often possible for urgent closings — say so in your message and we'll prioritise it.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation. If the answer is that you don't need an inspection, we'll tell you that too.
What if I'm not in Mexico yet?
That's the majority of our clients. We inspect without you present, deliver the report, and do a video walkthrough call so you can see and ask about anything in it.
